paolaknows me is a pathetic joke!!! Eitherway, I checked and I need to file with the I.R.S. for the Federal Tax Exemption and then with the State, for the State Tax Exemption. My Restaurant will fall within the guidelines. The people, organizations, and groups, I will be helping are on the allowable list. Yes, other Organizations, like M.O.C.S.A., can also utilize my "Not For Profit" Revenue as I structured it. I will be filing with the I.R.S. a, "Form 1023". Under 501{c}{3} of the Internal Revenue Code, I must organize and operate for some, religious, educational, charitable, scientific, literary, testing for public safety, fostering of national or international amateur sports, or prevention to the cruelty to animals or children purpose permitted under this section of the code. As I have previously shown, my revenue will be held reserved for these organizations, groups and qualifed individuals. I will allow any and all of the above to apply and review there eligiblity for my "Not For Profit", Reserves, as concepted/structured and posted, here at www.wen2k.com and www.twitter.com as HerbertIII . They, when found to be qualified, will reciev 33% or 1/3 of the designated days "Net Gross" revenue, a match up to a contracted amount out of the previous "Net Gross" revenues, and will give a percentage of the donation/tip bucket as contracted. Again, 1. 33% or 1/3 of that contracted days "Gross Net" revenue. 2. A contracted match up to a maximun declared amount by contract to match up to the 33% or 1/3 they will recieve for that day. 3. A contracted percentage of that days, tip/donation bucket. Thanks again, Herbert West 3rd, {D}, Candidate for Kansas Governor, 2010. west.herb@yahoo.com www.twitter.com as HerbertIII
